Make Alfred shortcuts override those in other programmes

Recommended Posts

How do I make my chosen Alfred shortcuts override those default shortcuts in specific apps **without manually having to change every single unwanted shortcut**?
Example:  I have set CMD + SHFT + C as an Alfred shortcut / hotkey for pandoc conversion. But in a lot of other apps it opens the colors palette and in Chrome it opens the developer tools (even though the menu said it was set to something else, which I've also manually changed, yet it clearly had numerous shortcuts not listed in the Chrome menu).
Thanks, in advance!

You can't, I'm afraid. One application can't override another's hotkeys. It's just not something macOS supports. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes something weird happens instead.
