Migrating Preferences & workflows to new MacBook

Hi,

 

I've just had a new MacBook and have installed Alfred, but can't seem to see how I migrate the preferences and workflows from the old MacBook. I've found this article (https://www.alfredapp.com/help/getting-started/migration/) but I'm passed the Getting Started point. Do I have to back out and restart or is it only possible to start from scratch on a new device, as opposed to an Alfred upgrade?

At the very bottom of the page you linked, there are instruction on how to rerun the Migration Assistant.

But if you previously synced your setting, you can load them in your new Mac.
