solved How to sort Universal Actions on a URL?

Hi Alfreders,

 

I have a few universal actions on URL but they are not sorted/ordered in the Universal action list the way I want them to.

 

In the screenshot below, I want the Chrome Open With to be the last action in the list so I can just press the up arrow key and reach it faster. Any way to order this list?

 

PS: Renaming the action didn't work for me

Not manually, no. Alfred learns from your behaviour and orders the actions according to your past choices. The action you use the most should be at the top.

 

Try entering the query "c" and selecting "Chrome open with…" a couple of times. It should then reliably always be the top item for "c".

Hi @deanisheI tried doing what you suggested, but it seems "Compact Markdown URL" comes before chrome each time

@andy4222 Sorting in universal actions is disabled by default, ensure to enable this here:

 

 

My intention is to improve the sorting of universal actions to operate more like Alfred's default results, at which time, it will likely become enabled by default.
