Snippets not migrating from Alfred 2 to Alfred 4

I am moving from Alfred 2 to Alfred 4.  I use Dropbox to sync and in the past have migrated between computers without any issues.  I have run the setup process many times with Alfred 4, I have tried copying preference files, copying snippets databases and other things and no matter what I try, Alfred 4 will not show snippets.  There must be something I am missing.  My custom searches did migrate from 2 to 4, so the syncing seems to work.

 

Do snippets get migrated from Alfred 2 to 4? Or not? It is not clear to me in the documentation.  Or is there another way to do this manually?  Any help is appreciated!
