Thanks, @pseudometa.

Can you shed any light on the following: imagine Obsidian is closed; when I search for an Obsidian note in Alfred and press return/enter, it takes me directly to that note. Great. However, if Obsidian is already open and I search for a note and press return/enter, it doesn't; it just reverts to Obsidian showing the note that is already open. What's happening here? Is there a solution to this, I wonder?

Many thanks.

Sounds like a bug. Open the workflow in Obsidian, open the Debugging Log (cmd+d), and then use the workflow via `o...`.

In case something like "osascript is not allowed assistive access. (-25211)" appears in the debugging log, it's this bug which I think is related to macOS 15.

If not, please open a bug report on GitHub, since the form asks for various kinds of information I'd need to be able to see what's going on.

Dear @pseudometa

That was the culprit. So, after removing Alfred5.app and adding it again to all the relevant sections in Settings/System Preferences, it's now working. Huzzah. Thank you so much.

Interestingly, I'm using macOS Monterey (12.7.6), so it doesn't only affect macOS 15. At first I wondered if, maybe, those permissions were still referring to Alfred4 (which I was using previously and is still installed). I think they were all correctly referring to Alfred5. Either way, the act of removing it and adding it again seems to have resolved the issue. Excellent.

Now to crack on. Thanks again.
