Workflow problems

Hello,
Sorry if this is a problem already solved, but i cant find it.
 

I try to run my workflows, but when I write the command to activate the workflow and press space to write what i want the workflow to do the workflow dosent run any more.

Terrible explanation, i know. Here are some pictures  

 

 

Here is what the bug button says:

Apple removed the Python 2 scripting language used by some workflow creators in Monterey 12.3, which is why the Convert workflow stopped working. This post outlines how to resolve the issue, which should only take a few minutes:
