Alfred2 doesn't remember settings

I upgraded to Alfred2 with the Powerpack recently and customized some settings including a tweaked appearance theme. When I restart Alfred (and sometimes even without restarting) it will completely forget my settings. My custom theme will be gone, my choices to hide the Alfred hat and menu bar icon are forgotten. It's like I've started from scratch every time.

 

Any idea what's going on?
