Praxder
Alfred_X_Moom Direct download: Alfred_X_Moom GitHub Link: Github Switch between Moom snapshots (layouts) with Alfred Here's a screenshot to demonstrate: Installation: Download the latest release from the above link and double-click to install. Usage: Simply activate the Alfred file actions menu and type "moom" Current Issues: Currently, the workflow will not work properly if your snapshot names have a comma in them. sepulchra
@Adam Smith would it be possible to add the ability to search the snapshot by name when alfred returns the list? Link to comment

Haven’t tested (I don’t use Moom) but it looks like it should be, and quite easily. Double-click the Script Filter to edit it and click the box labeled “Alfred filters results”. Save and try again. Praxder
This has been fixed and I published a new release with it. cands 1 Link to comment
vitor
@Adam Smith Quick tip: you don’t need to add images to Script Filters and Keywords if they’re meant to use the same icon as the workflow. That’s used automatically in those cases. Praxder 1 Link to comment
sepulchra
Is there a way for Alfred to learn the results you choose most often, much in the way it works with list filters? Link to comment

The Script Filter has to output a UID as well, which Alfred then uses to identify as unique results and learn from. sepulchra 1 Link to comment

sepulchra
@Praxder I don't know if you noticed, but Moom just came out with a significant upgrade with some new features. The workflow is still working as intended but wondering if the new version of the app might offer up something else for you explore. Link to comment
Praxder
Nice! I like this update of Moom. Is there a specific new feature from Moom that you'd like to see in this Alfred workflow? Link to comment
sepulchra
I'm still exploring the new features, but I'd be curious of a few things: 1. if multiple folders impact custom snapshots in your workflow (doesn't look like it does) 2. new custom actions -- i haven't made one yet but seems like a cool addition and it does have a new applescript command provided by Many Tricks. Maybe this also something the workflow should call up in the list? Thanks! Link to comment
