Evernote, focus and pass thru shortcut

I am trying to find a way to launch Evernote or Focus on Evernote if already running and then pass a keyboard shortcut to speed up searching.   I was hoping to pass <command J> as workaround until something better is made available, any help is appreciated.

Use the Launch Apps and Files Action to open/focus the app and Dispatch Key Combo Output to send the shortcut.
