solved Why are some apps not found?

I've just replaced my HD and reinstalled Alfred 5. I can't work out why some apps are being found, but not others. I've got a screen capture showing the issue. Can anyone advise what I can try. Many thanks.

Does this only happen with Adobe apps? This thread might be relevant:

It wasn't just Adobe apps, but some other apps that were also in sub folders. 

The thread you shared was super helpful. I tried reindexing via Terminal, but that didn't seems to change anything.

Then I installed Permission Reset and ran it on two Adobe Apps and another random one in the app folder. And that seemed to fix all of them. I can't say I understand why but I'm happy now.
