System Settings — Open macOS System Settings Panes

It is not, because there’s no know System Settings URL for that, Apple would need to add it. But even so, not every possible option is in the workflow as many get so little use they would become noise.

Apple's lack of documentation is pretty frustrating!

 

Agree that even possible option shouldn't be included but Text Replacement, I'd argue, is quite important as it's the only multi-device integrated word completion tool, at least that I am aware of. Apple makes it a PITA to add or edit a text/replacement combo though so this is where I started writing an AppleScript bound to a keyboard shortcut but then found your workflow. I may have to do this programmatically but I am not sure if that's even going to be documented!
