Create a Menu in an Alfred Workflow?

Is there a way to create a workflow that gives a list of choices to say own specific apps?

 

Has anyone created such a menu?

Take a look at the List Filter input. However, it's hard to know whether that will satisfy your needs without having a little more detail of exactly what you want to achieve.
