'Regular Text' equivalent of 'Large text'

Hi, I just installed alfredv2 a few days ago, and decided to write my first workflow.

 

I have written a freetext timezone workflow that lets you enter a query like:

"10am maryland to london,paris,germany"

and it outputs what that maps to in all the destinations. 

 

What I want to do is display that text on the screen, like the 'large text' option - no buttons etc - just a nice rectangle with text, click to dismiss. Large text is too big. I tried using osascript dialog, but they don't look good. Is it possible to get a largetext like output, but the text is regular sized?

 

I looked at terminal-notifier, but it does not seem to accept messages with "\n" in them, plus it truncates long text
