solved Applications not showing up after new install...

Hello!!  I did a fresh install of Mojave and Alfred 3.8.6 (yes, I know this is older stuff, but it is on older hardware for a Pro Tools tracking rig in a studio, and has worked fine for a long time before the cleanup fresh start reinstall...) and applications are not showing up to launch in Alfred.  I believe that I've given it full disk access and other permissions, and all Alfred preferences look identical to another computer when this is working correctly.  Help me out!!  I'm not entirely sure where to begin troubleshooting.  Thanks!!

If you’ve done a fresh install, it’s likely that the Spotlight indexing hasn’t yet finished, so give it a few hours. You can also check the troubleshooting steps, but some steps may no longer be the same.

Welp.  I'm dumb.  That wasn't it...  The install is weeks old and fully indexed...  But going to check lead me to discover that I mistakenly prevented Spotlight from indexing the new program drive!!  🤦‍♂️  90% of the time, works every time!!
