Alfred Preferences Deleted, How To Reboot Saved Preference File

Hi, I came across a similar issue i've mentioned before regarding running CleanMyMac and it 'deleting' my alfred preferences.

 

I have a copy of my alfred preferences folder. However, I am not sure how to select that alfred preference into my alfred app. Can someone help?

 

I see there is a button in advanced that says set preference folder, but it says that it will copy the current alfred prefence (which at the moment is the stock prefence since it got wipped) to whichever folder i select.
