loginwindow seems to be preventing text expansion by locking secure entry

Snippets don't work anymore.

 

I am running latest version of Ventura and Alfred, no password manager

 

How do I fix this problem?

The best way to fix the problem is to reboot your Mac. Does the problem happen all the time or has it merely happened once?
