Many apps have helpers which are stuck in Library and are not meant to be opened directly by the user (hence why they’re hard to access). You can create a Finder alias for it (right-click → Make Alias) and move that into /Applications. Then make sure you add the alias file type into Alfred Preferences → Default results → Extras → Advanced. Link to comment

vitor Posted April 19, 2023 Share Posted April 19, 2023 That’s not related to the scope. Presumably if you type open webstorm it is found. As I said, apps tend to stick other app helpers in there and you wouldn’t want default results to be polluted with those. Link to comment
