Website keeps loading with browser opening

Most times when I open my browser (firefox) a tab for the twitch.tv login will open up along the top with the other tabs.

I've dug through my Alfred Preferences but can't find anything in there that would be doing that.

Any idea where to start looking to suss this out?

I used to do a twitch show back in the day but that's been, easily, a year ago.

Are you using any Twitch add-ons in Firefox?

How exactly are you opening Firefox? What happens if you open it manually, without Alfred?

I usually just click on the app in my dock.  Did so this morning, it opened and there was the twitch url in one of the tabs.

Then that has no relation to Alfred. Check your Firefox preferences, you may have a setting to always open that URL or something similar.

No. Not finding anything in 'preferences' for firefox.

Check Firefox → Preferences → General and ensure you have not checked, under Startup, Open previous windows and tabs.

 

However, as @vitor says, this is not an Alfred problem so if that's not the answer to the problem you're likely to have more success on the Mozilla support forum.
