Hej there,
unfortunately i get the error below, by trying using the "dv" shortcut:

[18:34:32.171] DownMedia[Script Filter] Queuing argument ''

[18:34:32.594] DownMedia[Script Filter] Script with argv '' finished

[18:34:32.595] ERROR: DownMedia[Script Filter] Code 1: Did not find "yt-dlp". You will need to install it yourself. Homebrew recommended.

I already installed yt-dlp with brew, though.

==> Summary

🍺  /usr/local/Cellar/yt-dlp/2022.4.8: 2,158 files, 23.9MB

Any suggestions how this issue could be solved?

Everything looks OK and you’re the only one experiencing this. You’ll have to figure out what’s different about your machine.

Is there a way of a foolproof fresh install of the workflow and their linked libraries (including ruby etc.)? To find the difference will be difficult.

Before i posted the issue, i have already tried a lot to fix the issue 😕 without any result

I have used your old version "video download" in the past , but it is broken since monterey.

Hi,

I am getting this error

ERROR: DownVid[Run Script] downvid.sh: line 38: python: command not found

I am guessing it's a Python2/3 thing, likely something I messed up previously trying to follow the instructions at Making Python 2 Workflows work on macOS Monterey 12.3 and above

Is it possible to select which folder media downloads into? Mine is currently going to an older downloads folder that I don't use any longer and I can't figure out how/where to change it.

Thanks so much, by the way, this workflow saves me SO much time and hassle.

Hey vitor, I'm having a problem where dv and da commands only give me the option to add YouTube videos to my WatchList workflow. I've tried installing/reinstalling the DownMedia workflow, using older versions, etc.

Any idea what might be wrong? No error codes or anything, M1 MBA.

Edit: Nevermind I'm silly, it's working fine
