Modify the title of alfred result with mods

Hello folks,

 

I remarked that from this documentation, it is not mentioned whether mods can alter the 'title' property or not (https://www.alfredapp.com/help/workflows/inputs/script-filter/json).

Is this intentional ? It would make more sense to have the possibility to modify it IMHO.

Have you tested? You should be able to change anything but changing titles is quite atypical so the example shows what’s relevant most of the time.

I didn’t think of other keys which wouldn’t make sense to change, such as the UID. The title is indeed not changeable, which is by design. mods works like editing a connection, which can also only change the subtitle.

@vitor indeed, mods are used mostly to modify the subtitle, icon path, arg and/or the valid statement. However, I have some edge cases where it can be nice to change the title. I don't have the full picture of what it implies in term of development and if it is worth to modify compare to the demand but just wanted to point that out. 😉
