Now, the question, is there anyway to reduce the alfred's hat to half size?

Looks good! If you reduce the font size and spacing of the header, the Alfred hat will also get smaller.

 

Hold down cmd and click the input text field in the theme editor to change the font size and cmd+click just above the text to change the input spacing. The hat will shrink to fit
