It's easier to help if you link to the actual workflow in respect of which you have a problem. The best practice is to post in the thread on the forum which is devoted to the workflow (which I've not been able to find in the absence of the name of the workflow). If you do the latter the chances are better that the developer of the workflow will see your post.

Because of the problem with the sync folder, I switched the location of the sync folder and that solved the problem.
