Should that work? Another extension using mistral large via proxy is working so it isn't a network issue, but maybe my google key is broken etc.?

Works fine for me with both google_gpt_model_override and google_gpt_model 🤷‍♂️

Perhaps there's an extraneous whitespace somewhere?

Probably a local problem, as I have to use a VPN and Google occasionally refuses my VPN location, my web interface to Gemini is not loading either today (though sometimes the web interface is down while API stays working, but it depends on the wind direction or my sock colour or something...)

I had similar issues. Maybe find a VPN server that isn’t blocked.
