Mini Player to control Spotify

The iTunes mini player is an awesome feature, however these days most of my music listening is done through spotify.

 

It would be awesome if the existing mini player was extended, or a new mini player was created that could control spotify.

Hi! Shameless self-promotion here, but I made an Alfred extension that does much of the same things. It's called Spotifious and is available here. Hope this helps!

And you can actually use spotify mini player and spotifious at same time(when I listen to my library and my playlists, I use spotify mini player, and when I want to search a track not in my library, I look for it in spotifious)

I tried to be as close as possible to iTunes mini player, so let me know what you think of it!

I use iTunes mini player too. Great music player! But I still listen to music on Spotify more often. I also posted my own tracks here, which I promote using the spotify playlist placement service.
