solved Can't get copy to clipboard to work well in a workflow

Hi all

I am creating a simple workflow (see below) to copy something and paste it in an Excel document.

I can't get the copy to clipboard action to work well. It always seems to paste a previous clipboard thing, not the most recent copied one. I've tried to use Copy to Clipboard as well as Command + C. When I make CMD+C run 5 times it worked for a bit, but now it doesn't. I'm not sure if its just not copying the right thing, or if its a problem on the pasting side. Can someone give me some guidance?

@Clueless It's likely that Excel is quite a slow app, so adding delays (using the Delay Utility) is likely to help.
