I get the same debugger output with the workflow. macOS 15.1 and Alfred 5.5.1

That looks like you may have so many emails in your inbox that it’s taking a while to return them. Or something else is stopping the script from continuing. Either way, there’s not enough information there for me to know. I can’t reproduce this at all.

You might be correct about having too many emails because I never delete them. But not sure what else you need to have enough info to reproduce the issue and fix it.

yep, i archived all my inboxes and it working perfectly! thank you so much!
