Help migrating new Mac

I cannot for the life of me get my old alfred.preferences file to load into a new instance of Alfred on a new computer. I've spent hours copying and restarting alfred and the mac. The file that is in the location where alfred says it should be is copied, verified to be identical, and placed in a new folder on new computer and alfred told where to look. The snippets window is blank, and stays blank. Never had this much trouble. About ti give up on Alfred which would be a shame, but this is silly how much time I have spent over past week trying to get this to work. Any suggestions? I've read the directions many times.

@rr1956 Could you please email your Diagnostics file, which you can get by typing "?diagnostics" into Alfred, to our info@ address? You can also zip up the preferences you believe are the correct ones and I'll take a look to confirm they do contain snippets and any other past preferences you're looking for.

 

It may be that you're looking at a default set of preferences instead of the correct ones from your old Mac.
