Open With... [help needed..]

Hello, 

I would like to write a workflow where, after I select an item in a finder window, I then activate using a hotkey or keyword to immediately get an "Open With..." field where we can write the application we want to open the item with. This is so I can open an item in a non-default Application. I know there is a universal action for this and "Open with..." is the 3rd item, but this requires an additional step.  Since I would use this very often, I would be delighted to have a dedicated workflow.  I've been learning about workflows and made a few, but I'm stuck with how to proceed.
