Browse in Alfred > Script Filter ?

I am wondering if it is possible to connect Browse in Alfred to a script filter?

To be more specific: I have created a workflow where I used file filter to display my indexed folder in DEVONthink. Then I connected it to a script filter that would extract markdown links from notes for me to be able to navigate those links. 
That worked fine except I couldn't get the files (notes) to be listed alphabetically. 
Now I am trying to do the same but instead of a file filter use browse in Alfred (it lists files perfectly), but then I cannot get it to work when I connect it to script filter with the same logic as the one I used with file filter. (extract links from notes and display them). 
The problem I am running into is I cannot get Alfred to display results of browse in Alfred nor the script filter for that. 

Any suggestions appreciated.
