vg__ Posted December 31, 2024 Posted December 31, 2024 (edited) MacOS 15.2, Alfred 5.5.1 2273. I have "Show snippets when searching clipboard history" enabled. This way when I search my clipboard history all my snippets blend seamlessly in the results. This works very well. Basically the result is a list of items and I don't care if some of these items are technically clipboard history entries and the other items are technically snippets. "Move items to top of clipboard history when used" doesn't work as expected though. It works only for some items (clipboard entries) and not for other items (snippets). This is very frustrating. I should always see the most recently used (pasted) items first, whether they were technically clipboard entries or snippets. Seeing only the recently used clipboard entries without the recently used snippets is a wasted productivity boost opportunity imho. In other words: every time I paste something, anything, even a snippet, I expect what I just pasted to bubble up to the top of my clipboard history. The fact that snippets are missing there is sad. Snippets deserve more love. Edited December 31, 2024 by vg__
