chrome [enter] opens new window

Desired behavior:
new tab in existing window or last tab in existing window.

 

 

I feel like this used to be the behavior on my old mac (lost access), so wondering how to configure.

Safari behaves correctly.

Alfred simply asks macOS to open the app, which then tells the app to start. Whatever the app does is up to it. In other words, the configuration for this will be in Chrome not in Alfred.
