Workflow Request: Automated Mail and Calendar entries

Hi!

I'm looking for a workflow to help me bring the following scenario to life:

 

User enters something like "NameA ProjectB ClientX May 26th 2013" into Alfred.

 

The following actions should be triggered:

 

Open Email template according to "ClientX"; fill empty form fields with the date and the project name; send Email to NameA

Open Calendar (or preferrably BusyCal), chose calendar belonging to ClientX, then new entry (length according to Project) @ the specified date

 

Is this something than can be sensibly done with Alfred and Scripts? Looking forward to any pointers in the right direction ...
