Direct link to specific MLB video feed?

Hello all,

 

Looking for a workflow to launch a specific feed for a MLB team from

 

http://mlb.mlb.com/mediacenter/index.jsp?c_id=mlb

 

Right now, I just have a key combo to launch that page (you may have to have an account to view it) then pick the feed I want (NESN - Red Sox home feed) to watch my baseball games. However, I don't see a way to get it to open that feed directly. Obviously the games change nearly everyday, not sure if there is any kind of unique ID that will allow me to directly hop into the video feed for the game I want. 

 

Hopefully someone here could find a way to do this.
