Can't add new custom search URL

I'm using OS X 10.6.8 with Alfred 2.0.4

When I'm in web search and click on the button 'add custom search' nothing happens.  I get no drop down boxes, nowhere to place the URL, nothing.  I have tried a number of times, the same happens every time.
