alfrednik
Hi, in LaunchBar there is a nice way to navigate System Preferences through the interface. A menu opens with all the preference panes (General, Desktop, Dock...) and you can choose the one you want with keyboard arrows or with typing the first letters of specific preference pane. Is it possible to do something like that in Alfred? If I go into Preferences with right arrow it shows me just the "Contents" folder. (Also if I search for a specific preference pane in Alfred it doesn't even show up.) What is the quickest way to navigate System Preferences in Alfred? Thank you. Link to comment
RodgerWW
In Alfred's settings, under the 'Features' tab (button), and 'Default Results' selected in the left column. IS 'Preferences' checked beside the heading "Essentials" ? Because I can type any pref pane in Alfred and it does in fact show up in Alfred. Link to comment
alfrednik
Got it. Instead of writing "system" which only shows System Preferences, I now write "pref" and it shows me all the different panes – which is what I wanted to do. Thank you! Link to comment
