And the user wouldn't have to do a thing. End result? Alfred can do what Google has always dreamed of but never could: Searching through everyone's apps

Dash for example is distributed with the .alfredworkflow bundled in and you can click and install it. If the app bundled the .alfredworkflow in they could run the file and have it install.
