Alternative autocomplete (when pressing Fn or Cmd...)

Hey guys,

quick question as I haven't done any alfred workflowing in a while: Is there any way to autocomplete something different if a modifier key is pressed in a more elegant manner than exiting on an applescript that will trigger a new alfred window with a different query?
