I cannot replicate the issue on my setup. Just to make sure (since you didn't mention it): Is '1Password.app' listed under Alfred Preferences > Features > Clipboard > History > Ignore Apps? Alfred's clipboard history ignore is based on the currently active application, so in this case Google Chrome is the active application and it's not ignored. As Tyler spotted, 1Password 4 works. This is a special case as I worked directly with Agile Bits to make sure Alfred understood the 1Password clipboard metadata and can ignore the clipboard data in all cases.
