Google Translation from English to Greek Workflow

I have recently stumbled upon Florian Pellet's most excellent interpretation of Anders Bech Mellson's on Google Translate.  To my chagrin, the pre-existing translation workflows therein do not include one for English to Greek.  I have been unable to edit the workflow to reflect my own set of languages, so I was hoping that a kind-hearted soul out there might proffer me the keys to enlightenment.
