Chris Paterson
Hello! I've been having an issue where the menu bar icon is re-appearing every time I update. I disable the icon in the preferences, but with each update it seems to come back and I have to repeat that setting. It also forgets the "Save position when dragging Alfred main window" option. OS X version: 10.9.3 Alfred version: 2.3 (264) Cheers! Link to comment

Do you have any 3rd party tools installed which clear preferences on uninstalling an app? It could be that this tool is thinking the update is an uninstall and deleting Alfred's preferences.
