Direct hotkeys for keyboard layouts

In defaults a Mac os X have a circle switcher a keyboard layout for use, if we press CMD+SPACE or CMD+OPTION+SPACE a layout switch forward or back. But it not usefully. I research this theme and i found AppScript for automatically switch layouts from CLI and create shortcuts  with help  the Alfred workflow. But it was very slowly. And then i write simple objective-c console program for switch layout with enter one argument like this "com.apple.keylayout.US" . General: Now i have One hotkey for Russian language and one for English without circle switchers.

You can download a workflow from my github. But i have a problem with rights. My a console program haven't executable right after install a workflow

How i can fix it?
