Newbie question on how to use Workflows?

This is probably a very stupid question but I have just purchased Alfred Powerpack and can not figure out how to use Workflows,  all the stuff on the Support site is very complicated for a first-time user so can anyone please post a simple set of instructions on how to initiate a workflow that is alrady installed? For example I have downloaded and installed 2 workflows, DEVONthink Search by Marko Kaestner, and SEND by Stephen Margheim how do I get them to run?

Many thanks in advance for any help.

Edited later: It was a stuoid question & I have worked outthat I have to set a keyword! Please ignore this post and forgive mewasting everyone’s time, will try to do better next time.

Sounds like you're all up and running but here are two tutorials you might still find useful:

The first is on installing and setting up existing workflows. For example, when you import a new workflow, you'll need to set your own hotkeys and this tutorial walks you through how to do this.

The second one will show you how to create your first workflow. Once you understand how to connect workflow objects together and trigger them with keywords and hotkeys, you'll be able to create almost anything.

Don't hesitate to post in this section of the forum if you're trying to create a workflow and have questions. It's filled with loads of very lovely and helpful people :)

Enjoy!
