Mod mail workflow to open mail in parent window?

Is it possible to modify the Search Mail workflow to open in the parent Mail window when I click on a result rather than opening in a new window? I found the custom trigger for it (awesome!) but having to close the additional mail window it opens in adds a big step to my routine (I do hundreds of mail searches a day).

 

Sorry if this is a noob question, but I am an Alfred noob  I searched the forum and could not find anything on this.
