Easytiger
Hi All, I am often using the feature to move files to another folder just typing "Move to..." then search for the folder. It works smoothly, but only if the file I want to move doesn't exists in the destination folder. Alfred seems to does not allow me to overwrite existing files. Is it my fault or is it just not possible? Cheers Link to comment
Andrew
Hi All, I am often using the feature to move files to another folder just typing "Move to..." then search for the folder. Is it my fault or is it just not possible? Cheers This is a safety feature of the underlying AppleScript which is doing the file move in Finder. I accept that this (and no notifications) isn't ideal and a complete overhaul of the file interactions is planned for a future version of Alfred. Cheers, Andrew cands 1 Link to comment
Easytiger
Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I can understand this, though this is certainly not ideal. Anyways, just a minor issue. Looking forward to a future version of Alfred. Great! Cheers Link to comment
