Can't use my workflows anymore

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with my plugins. I can't use it anymore, when I type an keyword to call a workflow, alfred shows me the workflow description, but when I start to type the seach text alfred changes itself to google search.

Could you open the Evernote workflow in Alfred's workflow preferences and click the little bug icon (top right), then try to run the workflow again. If there is an error with this workflow, it will be echoed out there.

Using debug mode I see that result in console:

[ERROR: alfred.workflow.input.scriptfilter] Code 1: 0:90: execution error: System Events got an error: Can’t get «class plif» "/Users/brunnosantos/Library/Application Support/Alfred 2/Workflow Data/com.sztoltz.evernote/settings.plist" of application "System Events". (-1728)

And for Git Lab the debug don't show anything.

Are there any errors showing in Console.app? This looks like it could be a lower level issue than Alfred.

Are any workflows working, or non at all? Also, have you done any custom installs of the standard scripting languages e.g. php?

 

You could try temporarily creating a new user account, switching to that user, activating the Powerpack and trying from there. This would see if you had an issue only with your main account.

A few weeks ago I was happy to discover the Evernote workflow on Alfred 2, which was installed on my old iMac. I just installed alfred 2 and Evernote plugin on my brand new laptop, and I'm getting the same error described above.  I don't see a resolution. My "simple timer" and "Calendar" workflows seem to work ok.

 

any suggestions?

If I remember correctly, the Evernote workflow doesn't work if you installed it via the Mac App Store; instead, you have to install Evernote from the Evernote website itself. Look for the Evernote workflow thread in the "Share your Workflows" forum here, and you'll see a lot more information.

I do have the direct download Evernote, but a newer version: "Version 6.0.8 (451398 Direct)", so perhaps the update broke the workflow?

Maybe. Look around in the Evernote workflow thread. You can find better information there.
