Cloboard doesn't work at XCode somtimes

I've copied some text on VisualJSON (in Mac Appstore) or other applications too

and paste to xcode, but paste doesn't work, but paste to other apps does work.

 

It's only happening on XCode.

It looks like you have popclip installed... could you try quitting that for a short while as there are some known conflict issues.
