This is the only application I have had this issue with in the past 1-2 years I've been using Alfred. Here are some screenshots of what it looks like when I try to search for ToDoist (you can see the app is already open in the dock below). Any advice? Thanks! Zoë Link to comment

Zoë Hi Zoe, I would suggest launching Spotlight's Privacy preferences, dragging in your ToDoist app, waiting a moment then dragging it back out. OS X should reindex the app and show it again. If this doesn't resolve it, take a look at where the app lives (in the same Applications folder as your other apps or somewhere else?) and see whether any of the troubleshooting steps here can help you: http://support.alfredapp.com/kb:indexing Cheers, Vero Link to comment
