Searching for files by date created/modified?

Is it possible to search for files by date created or date modified? For example, I'd like to find all the files created on the 28th of April.

You can create a file filter and set the search scope to be today, last 3/7/30 days or older than 30 days.

For example, I have a file filter called "new" for files 3 days old or less:

Type "new" followed by the spacebar to begin a filtered search, e.g. "new index" or type "new" with two spaces to list entries by latest.

Thanks, this may come useful.

Is there not a way to search for a specific date?

This isn't possible in Alfred by default, but it's likely that a script could be created, allowing you to specify a date in a workflow. I've moved your thread to the "Workflow help & questions" section so that fellow Alfred users can help you out :)

Has this feature been added to Alfred yet? If not, does anyone have a solution for this?

Thanks so much.

Cheers,

Yes. Alfred 3 allows you to dynamically set the filter parameters in a File Filter.

If you can provide a concrete example, it would be fairly straightforward to build you a demo workflow.

The search option to find files created and or modified in the last 3 Days sounds awesome. Problem is, the download provided above does not work anymore. Can someone help?
All the Best!
