yangjie
My recent documents of Preview shown in Alfred is not the same as recent documents in Preview app. It can work again by restarting the computer, but after working for several time, it will not work again. But I do not know the exact way to replicate it.

But I do not know the exact way to replicate it. Recent Documents for Preview should work normally - it may take a few moments for OS X to register the fact that an application has been closed before it writes it to file, but as soon as the app saves that information to file, it'll be instantly available to Alfred to show. Which version of OS X are you using?

Vero
OS X 10.10.4 Could you clarify whether any recent documents are showing at all in Alfred? If so, what's different about this list compared to the one in Preview; Is Alfred just missing the latest Preview document? Also, could you please open Alfred and paste in the path below. Go to your file actions (right arrow) and choose "Email" then send it to info@alfredapp com so that we can take a look at whether the content of the plist is there for Alfred to see? ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Preview.LSSharedFileList.plist Cheers, Vero
