You can't access what keyword was fired, you can grab the value that was passed via that keyword using {query}

That depends on if you're writing the code in the Alfred editor or just running a script, similar to what you would do from the command line. In the Alfred editor window, you would just set a variable equal to {query}. When the script runs, {query} will be replaced by whatever is passed in
